On polished concrete, you should not use a steam mop because it would not only harm it but also takes away years of its life expectancy. Steam mops pulls out the grout in the pores and dust, mold, and debris can then get in. The floor not only becomes dirt but also loses its durability. Also not any harsh chemical with high pHs, like bleach, oils, or any other product should be used. You can use water or any chemical with low pH to avoid damage to the floor.
